SHIFT NFL Flag Football is proud to partner with the NFL Alumni Performance Lab to offer the opportunity to girls and boys in grades K-12, to train with former NFL players and experience the state of the art performance technology that is used by professional athletes.
Players should register for the age division they will be in for the Fall 2023 – Spring 2024 school year.
About SHIFT NFL Flag Football
SHIFT NFL Flag Football is a licensed NFL Flag Football youth league currently operating in the North Texas area. It is owned and operated by Charles Ali, a former NFL player that played with the Cleveland Browns, Arizona Cardinals and Baltimore Ravens.
About The NFL Alumni Performance Lab
The NFL Alumni Performance Lab (APL), functioning as the experts in performance science delivers the most advanced, state-of-the-art human performance and integrated medicine services available, enriching the lives of NFL Alumni and the General Public. APL's youth camp program mission is to provide student-athletes with the knowledge and skills to succeed in life, school, and sports, using the tolls of football skills and drills; and offer performance assessments to help predict the probability and the type of injury likely to occur from imbalances, and training programs to help decrease the probability of the predicted injury due to imbalances in the body.
