Sharing Hope Impacting Families Together (SHIFT) is a 501c3 tax exempt organization founded by Charles and Nickole Ali. SHIFT believes that it is critical to cultivate relationships with others who have been where you are and are where you want to be! SHIFT strives to bridge that gap. This is done through mentorship and guidance for the player and their family in an effort to provide knowledge, skills, resources and support that enables success in life.
